Interview with Don LaFontaine from Nov. 2006

Don LaFontaine was a true artist. His voice was his brush and movie trailers his canvas and nobody has ever done it better. He passed away at the age of 68 on September 1, after a long illness I first learned about from his emails last year. He had been telling people that he was on the mend and I was pretty shocked and saddened to hear of his death. I was priveleged to get to work with Don professionally several times and was able to get him on the show in November of 2006.
Several of you out there, including Mike, have asked for me to repost this episode and as we approach the last episode of PCH coming up, I wanted all the newer listeners to hear this one last time.
This one goes out to you, Don. You will be missed greatly.
