PREVIOUSLY ON THE DOOMSDAY CLUB: Worried that you failed to cover all your tracks, you and your friends decide the only course of action is to plant another bomb just like the first one and have a fake terrorist group claim responsibility for it. You'll call it in with enough time for the cops to disarm it so nobody will get hurt. At least that's the plan. The question then becomes where to find this target of opportunity and how to get the bomb in there without being noticed.
